MEET COACH LUCCI
I have been athletic my entire life. I started playing ice hockey at the age of 3 and pursued it competitively, benefiting greatly from the intense training required to aim for a professional level. In 8th grade, I began to notice the edge I had over my peers through training as I became faster and stronger. Despite having to stop playing my favourite sport due to a lack of support at a young age, I maintained my training and discovered a passion for fitness.
At 14, I began lifting weights, and after experiencing a minor injury, I decided to delve deeper into understanding our bodies. This led me to pursue studies in Fitness and Health Promotion and Kinesiology at Guelph-Humber and Humber College.​
